| The Morris Museum Outreach The Morris Museum
brings special programs to Holy Family School that are designed to support our
classroom curriculum in the sciences, humanities, and fine arts. Conducted by
the museum's outreach educator, all topics are inquiry driven and designed to
allow students to experience learning in a hands-on, minds-on way using
museum presentations.
Programs are held inn the art room after school from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. A
snack is provided and registration is held in the winter. This year we will
offer twelve exciting programs that cover a range of topics such as:
Wildlife, Simple Machines, Dinosaurs, Tracks and Traces, Investigating Insects,
Musical Instruments, Immigration in new Jersey, Quilts, Artifacts, and Seeing
the Past. |
