Enrolling in Holy Family School is usually a three step process: 

  • Information,

  • Application, and

  • Enrollment.

Information about Holy Family School can be obtained by calling or visiting the school office for an information packet.

 

The school also hosts Open Houses for prospective students and their parents/guardians during the academic year. Individual visits and tours can be scheduled by calling the school office. 

 

Enrollment in kindergarten requires the child to have reached his or her fifth birthday by October 1.
 

Applying involves completing an application form available at the school.  This indicates your intent, but is not a commitment by either party.

 

Enrollment is concluded by completing

  • A registration form,

  • A signed tuition contract,

  • A signed fundraising contract,

  • Paying a non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 per family,

  • And providing the follow:
         1. Copy of the Birth Certificate
         2. Copy of Primary Progress Reports (Pre-K, K)
         3. Copy of Baptismal Certificate
         4. Transcripts of academic records (1-8)
         5. Record of a Recent Physical Exam
         6. Copy of Standardized test results
         7. Mandated Immunization Records
         8. A Health History
         9. Emergency authorizations and telephone numbers
